However, we believe you shouldn't have to choose between ethical farming and an incredible eating experience. While our rigorous pasture rotation heals the soil, we finish our cattle on grain to solve the common 'taste problem' often found in grass-finished beef. This ensures consistent, melt-in-your-mouth marbling so your dinner is never tough or gamey—just tender, flavorful beef that your family will actually crave.
